Lucas Oils Endurocross rider and Smagical 2 star Colton Haaker will be attempting to qualify for his first National Motocross race tomorrow at the Opening round of the AMA Lucas Oils Pro Motocross Championships. A regular front-runner in the Endurocross series, Colton will try and transfer his speed over to the moto track. The victor of opening round was newly signed GasGas rider Cody Webb. Webb finished with 16 points, while RYP/Sherco USA’s Pat Smage came in second with 35, after battling some bike-related issues. Rounding out the podium on day 1 was Gas Gas’s Keith Wineland with 70 points.
Day 2 came around and Sherco had Pats bike dialed in. He cruised to a 4 point finish, 9 ahead of cody on13. Once again, Wineland took the last podium spot with a score of 58. Congrats to Smagical shredders Cody Webb and Pat Smage for putting the goat on the top step of the podium.
